Ingredients

Scale

Turkey and Stuffing

  • 8 slices good quality Herb Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1 (5 oz) dry Stuffing Mix

Gravy and Sauce

  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (18 oz) jar of Turkey Gravy

Other

  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Dried parsley flakes (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Stuffing: Prepare the stuffing mix according to the package directions, preferably using the microwave method for ease and quick preparation.
  2. Mix Gravy and Soup: In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and turkey gravy until smooth and well blended to create a creamy sauce.
  3. Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  4. Assemble Roll Ups: Spoon about ¼ cup of the prepared stuffing onto each slice of turkey breast. Carefully roll up each slice around the stuffing and place them seam side down in the greased baking dish. Repeat this for all the turkey slices.
  5. Add Sauce and Bake: Pour approximately 1½ cups of the combined gravy mixture over the turkey rolls. Optionally, sprinkle dried parsley flakes for garnish. Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the rolls are hot and bubbly.
  6. Warm Remaining Gravy: While the casserole is baking, warm the remaining gravy in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Serve this warm gravy alongside the turkey roll ups after baking for extra moisture and flavor.

Notes

  • For best results, use freshly sliced herb oven roasted turkey breast for optimal flavor and texture.
  • You can substitute cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom or cream of celery for a different flavor profile.
  • If you prefer a thicker gravy topping, reduce the amount poured over the rolls accordingly.
  • Microwaving the stuffing shortens the prep time, but stovetop preparation is equally effective.
  • Leftovers can be covered and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
  • To reheat, bake covered at 350°F until warmed through or microwave individual servings.
