  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 3 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 5 cups Chopped Cabbage

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil: Warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat to prepare for browning the sausage.
  2. Sear the sausage: Add the sliced Andouille sausage to the skillet, cooking until browned and slightly crisp. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Saute the onions: Lower heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in the chopped onions and cook until they soften and become translucent.
  4. Add cabbage and season: Add the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter and the chopped cabbage to the skillet. Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning evenly over the cabbage and stir to combine all ingredients.
