Brownie Base

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Prepare Brownie Batter: Follow the directions on your brownie mix package or recipe to make the batter, ensuring it is smooth and ready to pour.
  2. Fill Crusts: Arrange the 8 mini Graham cracker crusts on a large cookie sheet. Spoon the brownie batter into each crust, filling them about 3/4 full to avoid overflow during baking.
  3. Bake Brownie Pies: Place the cookie sheet in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) and bake the pies for 20 to 25 minutes until the batter is set but not fully firmed on top.
  4. Add Toppings: Remove the pies from the oven. Evenly distribute the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top of each pie.
  5. Finish Baking: Return the pies to the oven and bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows puff up and become golden and the chocolate chips start to melt.
