  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Prepare your pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter and olive oil, then reduce the heat slightly. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant, making sure not to brown the garlic.
  3. Deglaze with wine: Pour in the dry white wine, then season with salt and pepper. Allow the mixture to simmer and reduce for 4-5 minutes until slightly thickened and flavorful.
  4. Combine pasta and sauce: Lower the heat to low and add the cooked pasta into the skillet. Pour in the fresh lemon juice and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
